Program Options
When you invest your money to be a member of Rosebank Farms’ Premiere CSA, each week you will receive fresh, locally grown, peak-of-flavor seasonal fruits and vegetables. Only a catastrophic event, such as a hurricane or tornado, has the potential to interfere with your regular order. Your benefits far outweigh the chance of an event of the magnitude that would prevent you from receiving your weekly share of farm fresh produce from Rosebank Farms.
Select one of the two options available to CSA members:
Option One – DELUXE BOX DELIVERY
- Available to downtown peninsula Charleston residents only
- Your items will be individually selected and packed in cooler-lined boxes
- Your cooler box will be delivered to your door every Thursday by our delivery person
- You may suspend your deliveries any time you plan to be away from home, and we will resume your deliveries upon your return. Changes or cancellations for that week(s) need to be made by noon on Monday.
- And best of all, you will receive personal, concierge-level attention from the Rosebank Farms staff. You may add flowers, eggs, cheese, and any of the specialty Rosebank Farms signature products available in the market stand at the farm.
Option Two – BAG PICK-UP
- Available for pick-up throughout the area including West Ashley, North Charleston, Sullivans Island, Mt. Pleasant, downtown Charleston, Johns Island, and at Rosebank Farms
- Your items will be individually selected and packed in recyclable bags
- Your bag is ready for pick-up on the day of the week and at the time as listed for each location.
ROSEBANK FARMS
CSA PICK-UP LOCATIONS AND TIMES
We’ll do our best to get there at the stated times; please be aware that traffic will sometimes cause a delay!
We are not responsible for bags left past the closing times as listed below for each location.
WEDNESDAY (April 18 – July 4 )
Johns Island
Sun Dog Cat Moon Vet, 2908 Maybank Highway – Admin. 437-0063
Bags are ready after 9:30 a.m. Bags are placed on a table near the back porch and must be picked up before 6 p.m.
Mt. Pleasant
The Palms of Mt. Pleasant, 937 Bowman Rd. – Marisa – 884-6949
Bags are ready after 11:30 a.m. Park in either designed Visitor spaces or spaces that are not marked. (Numbered spaces are assigned to residents.) Go through the front entrance and turn right to the auditorium. Bags are placed along the back wall of the auditorium. A receptionist is at the front if you need assistance.
Sullivans Island

Bags are ready after 12:30 p.m. and must be picked up before 8 p.m. Bags are inside the store.
THURSDAY (April 19 – July 5)
North Charleston
Limehouse Produce, 4791 Trade St.
Bags are ready after 6 a.m. and must be picked up by 3 p.m. If you are not able to pick up by 3 p.m., you must call 906-6353 to make alternate arrangements with Andrea. The building is located between Dorchester and Ashley Phosphate off Patriot Blvd. Turn onto East Association. They are the first bldg. on the right; there is a skateboard park in the front, pull to the back of the building to enter Limehouse Produce.
Downtown
Burbages, 157 Broad St. - 723-4054
Bags are ready for pick-up after 9:30 a.m. and must be picked up before 5 p.m.
Ashley Hall, 172 Rutledge Ave. – Cindy Johnson
Bags are ready for pick-up after 9:30 a.m. Enter the Art Gate on Smith St. and walk to the entrance of Pierce Dining Hall where bags may be picked up. Bags must be picked up before 6 p.m.
FRIDAY (April 20 – July 6)
West Ashley

Bags are ready for pick-up after 9:30 a.m. Bags are placed inside. Go through the front door, turn right, and bags will be sitting there. After 5 p.m., bags not picked up are left in the unlocked foyer until Saturday afternoon.
Downtown
Redux Contemporary Art Center, 136 St. Phillip St. – Kyle 722-0697
Bags are ready for pick-up after 10:30 a.m. Bags are placed inside in the classroom. After 5 p.m., bags are left outside. They are given away if not picked up promptly on Sat.
James Island

Bags are ready after 9:30 a.m. They are placed under the carport alongside the office. Bags not picked up by 5 p.m. will be left outside.
Johns Island
Rosebank Farms – Bags may be picked up on Thursday or Friday
Bags are ready after 9 a.m. at the retail tent, off Betsy Kerrison Parkway close to the Kiawah/Seabrook traffic circle. Look for the tractor chicken coop or the tractor with the Rosebank Farms sign. Bags must be picked up before 5 p.m.
